01 — Consult

Ben walks the property or reviews what you send. We talk budget, timeline, who lives in the house, and what the site will allow. City lot in Sierra Vista is a different conversation than acreage in Hereford with a well and septic.

Bring whatever you have: a parcel number, a survey, a sketch on paper, or photos of a house you like. The consult is how we decide if ICON is the right builder before anyone spends money on a full set of plans.

02 — Design

ICON is not an architecture firm. We help you get to drawings that can be permitted and built: layout, orientation to the sun and views, garage and shop, outdoor living, and finishes that last in this climate.

If you already have an architect or designer, we work with them. If you do not, we help you pick a path so the plan matches the budget instead of fighting it.

03 — Estimate

The estimate is written from the drawings and the site, not a square-foot guess pulled from a brochure. Allowances for cabinets, tile, fixtures, and appliances are listed so you can see what is in the number.

Changes after contract are written down. That keeps the job honest when someone wants a different tub or a bigger porch in month four.

04 — Build

ICON pulls the permit path, schedules inspections, and runs the crew and the specialty trades. You get progress photos and a single place for questions instead of a dozen text threads.

A client login portal — drawings, selections, change orders — is the next layer on this domain. Until that is live, your email from the start form is how we open your file.
